Your new site, set up for you
Everyone on the team is a volunteer, so we do the heavy lifting. You don't get handed an empty site and left to it. A one-off £500 setup (plus VAT) covers all of this, and your site is ready to run within a week.
We build it with you
Your name, your branding and your own content, with donations, monthly supporters and a shop set up and ready to go.
Your domain, moved over
We point your existing web address at the new site, connect your Stripe account and look after the technical setup. After that we host, update, security-patch and monitor it.
HMRC Gift Aid, connected
We walk you through registering for HMRC's online Gift Aid, then connect it so claims go off automatically every month.
Then it's the Charity plan: £15 a month + VAT (£18) for your whole website. Card payments cost about 3% + 30p each in total: Stripe's own 1.5% + 20p in your own Stripe account, plus our 1.5% + 10p including VAT. We take nothing from Gift Aid, so a £10 donation with Gift Aid is still worth about £11.90 to you.

Collecting in person?
Badger POS, now in pilot, takes contactless donations on an iPhone at events and records Gift Aid declarations on the spot, into the same system as your online giving.
What it costs
One plan for charities. £15 a month + VAT (£18) covers your whole website: pages, news, blog, shop and donations. We host it, keep it updated and security-patched, and have it pen-tested, so it replaces whatever you pay someone to look after a WordPress site.
Card payments cost about 3% + 30p each in total: Stripe's own 1.5% + 20p, in your own Stripe account, plus our 1.5% + 10p including VAT. We take nothing from Gift Aid. You can apply to Stripe for its charity rate, and we can help with that.
Set-up is £500 + VAT, one-off, and we do all of it for you. Prefer to pay yearly? £144 + VAT. We give at least 3 months' notice of any price change.
Is it worth it for a small charity?
If you raise less than about £100 a month online and someone already looks after your website for free, a free giving page may suit you better for now. But this isn't only a donations page. It's your whole website, kept up to date and secure. Once monthly supporters and Gift Aid add up, it pays for itself. Ask us and we'll tell you honestly which side of the line you're on.
